But I can’t find it
It was in pencil on yellow paper

An electrical schematic, so it was
All straight lines and circles
Annotated, easy to follow

If you see it, let me know;  I’m
Stuck at a place where all
The wires are waiting

That awkward stage where
Components look out of place
And nothing is connecting yet

Like when I lost your script of faith
Our love was all adrift
Good parts with no possible assemblage.
